| Function | Recommended approach |
|---|---|
| Signal sources | Start with public ATS feeds and company career pages. Add funding, leadership, news, and other licensed sources where they improve decision quality. |
| Contact discovery | Compare Juicebox and Apollo during the pilot based on coverage, accuracy, authorized access, compliance, and cost. |
| Central data store | Use a managed database to keep companies, jobs, signals, history, evidence, contacts, and scores in one place. |
| Automation & integrations | Use n8n plus custom application logic where needed for scheduled updates, notifications, exports, and integrations. |
| CRM | Keep HubSpot as the commercial operating layer and final destination for qualified opportunities. |
| Notifications | Slack or email for exceptional events and high-priority opportunities. |
| Outreach execution | Keep human approval in the first version. Retain HeyReach for LinkedIn if useful; assess email or multichannel tools only after the outreach strategy is agreed. |
